Another hello from Australia.

I've been lurking for a few weeks now but finally picked up my Super Duke so thought I better say hello.

Had a few different bikes over the years but keep coming back to V-Twins.

Pics? Everyone likes pics don't they???

These are some of my bikes from the last several years.

I loved the TL-R. It was magic to ride and the noises coming out of the gutted pipes sounded like God chuckling! The Ducati 600 was fun but just didn't have the performance I was after.

I ended up having to sell the TL-R and the Ducati for a vehicle we could tow our horses with, but I got back onto a bike last year and ended up on a 99 R1.
Absolutely mental to ride.

Unfortunately I had a run in with a kangaroo 3 weeks ago and wrote the R1 and myself off.

Smashed my thumb to pieces and broke some ribs.

So here I sit, unable to ride for at least the next 5-6 weeks! The insurance company was fantastic so I ducked out and bought an 05 990. Had a mate ride it for me and now it is sitting in the shed tormenting me.

Welcome and take care of that thumb and ribs.

You might care to add your location in case you ever need a hand (no pun intended).
