Just picked up my '14 1290.......why did i ever leave?
34 miles on the clock (roughly 27,573 km's if my conversion is correct) and I'm speechless...gob-smacked.....chuffed to bits....etc. Read all about the problems and dealing with them will be worth it. By far the most fun road bike i've ever touched and can't believe how much more polished she is than my '07 SD, though i did love her so.
No point in riding anything else.
