Brit... Old Hooligan back in the saddle..

Hi Guys & Gals....50 yrs of age and after several yrs away from Motorbikes, having owned all manner of Motorcycles (on and off) since i was 16, I have decided to throw my leg over something i saw 10 years ago in the form of a 990 Superduke, it seemed radical at the time and being on a Husqvarna 610 Supermoto at that time the off road breed of KTM did appeal to me! However, life being what it is, i never did get around to buying an SD but the thought of that bike and the reviews i have read over the years never left me!
Finally, here i am, dipping my toe in the water of a early '05 model with some nice trick bits on it....well, what can i say?

Two hours into some careful but spirited riding, i am feelin' really dialed into the bike, Wow! Those reviews were right! What an absolute blast this thing is, light, nimble and just so much torque, Fun fun fun all the way, Best handling bike i have owned and just waiting for the British summer to burst onto the scene so i can blow some cobwebs out from under my helmet and go hoonin' around the country lanes with a massive smile on my face

You forgot to mention the go fast rim tape. If you have noticed Jonathan Rea is running rim tape this year and it has greatly improved his lap times.
