got an '08 SD, had it for about 2 years now & loving it!

recently started doing a few track days & realised how shit the fueling is!! this is after Yoshi slip-ons, SAS removal & random map put in to stop the thing backfiring like a Machine gun.

G2 standard throttle ordered, with a 1/2 turn cam thrown in for track days, sifting through the for sale section for a PC III to sort it then off to the dyno for some fine tuning.....

Wicked bike overall, still looks the business (even after the 1290 release!!) gotta love the V twins

Drop her off to Protwin to get the fueling sorted.
Whe I got the Race SDR back, I thought something was wrong, but the fueling was so smooth that I could start gassing it earlier than ever before.
It was running 62s flat at Barb's and had a 61 the day I totalled it! (gas to early lol)

good to know the SD's can get down to 62's...i am probably more like in the 70's at the mo.......it's really bloody upsetting in the corners with the snatchy throttle!!

I was gonna go to dyno time in wangara, those dudes at protwin gave me the cold shoulder when i had my VTR1000F so i was thinking of returning the favour..... the KTM shop recommended dyno time. Have you had any dealings with them???

Want to get it sorted befor the 28th November & get on the Champions ride day to try it out.....

G2 throttle & some crash bungs should be waiting for me aswell (don't tell the missus )

The way work is going at the moment, i probably won't even get a ride in until November but it must be done....

Cant offer you much advice in the racing deptartment but Linga is your man.
