Hello All! SuperDuke-R/RC8 rider checkin' in.

Hi all.

I met TripoDave on facebook while dismembering a common friends "0:60 fantasy"(ask Dave) and after successfully ganging up on said friend Dave told me to get my slow old butt on superduke.net.

I have a both an 09 Superduke-R and a RC8 of the same year.

On the road I'm not overly fast, but I can ride a bike. I do trackdays when the wife lets me and ride everyday on the roads. The RC8 sees a fair few runs up the hills and the Superduke gets chucked about on the street every day.

So that's enough from me.

Welcome in Old Slow!

We have a small rc8 section running now if it helps you, look in the "other ktm's" section. There are a few of us with both a SD and an RC8 and a few with just the RC8 like me.

I have been trying to get a RC8 section for a while. I started on a duke and then got a RC8. I think it is a natural progession to go to the 8.

Some many parts interchange.Plus they are both just so much fun to ride.I will have mine on the track for the first time this april.

I always thought there were many of us that had both,Nice to see another one

I'd like to try and put the RC8 engine in the Duke frame.
