Hi Baggieman - thanks for the welcome.

I'm sure that one of the colours is definitel;y much faster than the others - I just haven't worked-out which it is yet

(BTW - it's exactly the same with Ducati's - Red ones are much faster than Yellow ones )

A new guy from North Carolina, USA. Look forward to gleaning as much info as possible from you guys. See you in the other forums.
Hello and welcome, Myles.

Do as much gleaning as you like - there's tons to be found in the search function and if it isn't in there somebody will most likely be able to help with anything you are looking for (SD-wise, that is)

Welcome (new myself)

Carbon fibre looking good mate! I want a CF front guard for mine.
Welcome! I definitely like what you've done with it! I'm definitely jealous of the steering stabilizer and the carbon fiber, looks like it might be time to get some CNC reservoir caps...

Just registered as I've caught the KTM bug. I;ve been looking at getting either a superduke or an SMT
Based in SW Scotland and thought I'd say hello to everyone as you do ....

So HELLO everybody !
hey dude, go for the duke different but very addictive! the pnly way i can describe it is its like a bull that wants to kill you but you cant get off cos you want to tame the beast!
welcome brother SD'er
Welcome mate.
Get the superduke, you won't regret it
welcome in
Welcome. Grendel thinks you should get the one that speaks to you. If you hear "you are a weak twit who is ruled by the one time a year his significant other 'wants to go for a ride'", then by all means get the SMT. Grendel will respect your choice.
Welcome to you. I haven't ridden the SMT but I will say the Superduke is the most fun I've ever had on a bike. The wife likes it as well. Just sayin.
Hello to you: Katooms are so much fun. Enjoy the one you choose.
Welcome...Try both and see which suits you best
Hello and welcome.

Just to let you know, real hoolies ride the SD , just saying
Welcome
Welcome. And when you do decide to get the Superduke just make sure it's the faster white one rather than the slower black or orange variety.
Hi mate. I'm up in central scotland. Spend a good few runs down the borders in moffat or lead hill areas. Maybe see you about.
Hi all, I've been on the forum for a year now since purchasing my favourite ever bike so far, an 2006 superduke. I have learnt so much from this forum, but have never joined, until a few weeks ago when I crashed my bike and started looking for parts. I'm in Perth, Western Australia, and you would not believe the shortage of parts for these bikes here in Oz, especially second hand parts. After calling over 50 wreckers Australia wide, not one of them has ever seen a superduke (that's a good thing:)

Thanks to the forum I've located most of the parts to get my bike back on the road by summer, hopefully ill be healed up and ready to ride again by then

Everyone here is so helpful and I'm eternally grateful this forum exists otherwise my bike might have been the first superduke at a motorcycle wreckers in oz

So I just wanted to say thanks to everyone

regards
Chek
Sorry to hear about the crash bro. Hope you find yourself wheels down real soon. Oh, and welcome too!
welcome
Welcome in
Well I just purchased a 2007 SD after much googling and research, I am coming from a Ducati 996 so naturally I looked for another V-Twin with power but the sole of a motard... the Hyper was out of the question after riding one.. Well here are a couple pics of my new baby I hope to gain some insight and knowledge about this bike from you all.
