Hello, I am Mike and I have been using this forum for about two years now but just now posting. I am on my second SD, a white 2008 model with FMF exhaust, motobox and a bunch of other little customizations. I would like to thank all of the members here for the knowledge I have gained over the past couple years, I am proud to say my bike is running pretty sweet because of a lot of tricks I have learned here. So anyways, I started riding riding at the age of 12 on a Yamaha 125 three wheeler, moved on to dirt bikes and then had a 4 year break while in the service. After I got out I made the mistake of buying a Harley Davidson. I loved the V-twin power delivery and sound but was very disappointed in the the bike. My friend who is a big Ducati fan knew of a SD that was going for a very reasonable price, set up the test ride with his friend and I bought it on the spot. After putting about 8000 miles on it in about 6 months I decided I wanted a brand new SD and sold it to someone else to enjoy.
