Hi folks!!! I've owned my 07 SD since new - I keep it stock as far as airbox and exhaust is concerned - but, I can no longer live with the stock ECM off-idle fueling snatch. I know the members of this board have a wealth of knowledge on this subject, and I look forward to getting some of your expertise in the technical forum!!!

Very best regards,
Wool
Welcome! Where in Maryland? I lived in Baltimore for several years as an undergraduate.
Thanks for the welcome Duc Terminator!!! Near Hagerstown/Frederick - in the country - great riding out my back door. It just got real cold here...need some SoCal weather now!!! Guess it's garage time - time to address that ECM "pilot circuit" snatch. What a wonderful bike! What poor off-idle throttle response!
Welcome in....what took you so long
Thank you...I guess I've got no excuse!

Welcome to the forum.
I am not an expert and you may want to put your post on the "Tecnical-Dr F's" page or on the " How to do it page" which you can find from the home page. On these pages are all the "technical guroos" looking for a challenge to fix our problems. But, at any rate, I put on a "throttle cam" which is basically a simple mechanical solution to a high tech fuel injection type problem. It helped a lot. It's not perfect but better. However, it feels like there is a little slack in the cable/throttle initially. I got use to it pretty quickly. If you are a wheelie kind a guy it still works fine. Ktmtwins .com sells them. BTW, are these Acerbies handguards on your 07? I thought of getting them.
Hi Wool,
I live right across the river from you in Leesburg, VA. Maybe this Spring we can get together for a Luray ride?

Sean
