Hi,

I just bought me a new 2010/10 black&orange Superduke 2 months ago and I am enjoying it very much!
Because of the dumm paper burocracy here in Rio to get the license plates for the bike took me 1 month to get licensed and I coudnt ride it far away. It is almost reaching the first 1000 km's now.
I am having a few small issues with the bike since I took it from the dealer. The chain was too loose, the throttle has also a gap and the bike dies sometimes when still cold. I hope all this gets solved by the 1000km's service soon.
Before having the SD I owned a 2004 Honda 250cc Tornado, a 2008 Honda CB600 Hornet then a 2007 Husqvarna SM610.
My bike has no mods yet, but I'm already planing them.

Cheers,

Daniel.

Welcome Daniel!
Welcome on board.
Welcome!
Not many people here from Brasil, I guess not many SD's there also.

Let the SD to warm up to 4 bars before rideng away otherwise they sometimes stall, especially on the original map which can be a bit over rich or over lean.
Mine did that till I got a proper map for it, now it's smooth as.

No difference in the 2007's and 2008's and up except for cosmetic changes as far as normal SD's go. Welcome to the addiction. Your list of mods should include the Motohooligan air box, a TuneECU cable, and whatever exhaust fits your fancy. Those mods along with some small fiddling will have your SD being the top bully on the street.
Welcome
Welcome mate!
We'll be expecting beach reports over the summer!
Is this our first South American SD owner?

Anyway, welcome.
