Hello Gents,

I have owned many Ktm bikes in my life, mostly dirt bikes. 2 yrs ago i picked up a blown up duke 2 and rebuilt it. Loved the bike but wanted something more. I sold it and was going to just wait to someday buy a superduke 1290. I happened upon a crashed superduke 990 that i could not pass up so here we go again. Looking forward to getting to know the community here and getting my new ride up and going.

Do tell more. The chances of having parts you need is pretty good. How wrecked is wrecked ?

Headlight pod smashed, gauges gone, lower cowl gone, some wiring damage there, akrapovic exhaust straps broken around muffler, tail light trashed, other than that ok with just a little road rash. As soon as i can get it up ad running I'll know more. I will need parts for sure. i have actually found a lot on eBay.
