well the first day of 300 miles is in - and all I can say is wow!!! My last bikes were/are a gsxr 1000 (05) and a Ducati Multistrada - this bike surpasses both by a mile -

I put the touring windscreen and it works nicely - We had a great day in 80 degree weather heading over mountatin passes and canyons most of the day - This is a great bike - I do need to adjust the suspension some as it's set for someone heavier than me and I did notice some surging at different speeds, but I'm hoping that I can get those out when the full Acro system arrives next week and the tech re maps it - The tech at Beaudry Motorsports in Post Falls just returned from a two week course and is excited to uncork some of the bikes restrictions.

One interesting aside to today - my friend Brad was riding his brand spanking new and beautiful SM R 690 with about 500 miles on it and the engine seized - toast - he pulled the bike into some weeds and hid it off the road while we went home 2 up to get his truck - we picked the bike later today -

Will definitely make a trip to BC this summer and will be in touch - we ride up there at least once or twice a month throughout the summer months -

Thanks for making this a great place to be- I enjoyed my ducati for 4 years and know that I will be just as happy with this group of hooligans - lastly SRP is now owned by our county thanks to the coureagous move by our county commissioners despite the naysayers showing up - after a massive volunteer and county clean up it may in fact open this summer for track days and for other useage - best of all by the county buying it, it has been saved for our future use and enjoyment -
