Hello from the west of Ireland

Hi, just finally got round to joining the forum. I,m on the west coast of Ireland, wild weather, bumpy roads but more freedom than you can shake a stick at or a SD's front wheel. I have an engineering set up here, motorcycle based.
I think the SD is very possibly the perfect bike for the conditions here (except minus a roof) , mine is an 06 that was set up and tuned for the track with a Bob Farnham motor, stm slipper clutch, Hm,quick shifter, Acros etc. I have had the racing shock re-valved and sprung by FTR in the UK to handle the roads here, next time i'm in the UK will get them to do the same with the forks. All in all its quite vicious in a good way.
