Santosh here from Bethesda, MD. Been riding on a streetfightere'd SV650 for a couple years now, and finally made the purchase on a new SDR 1290 Of course I got black (the faster color) haha. Going to pick her up from the dealer in PA on Saturday, can't wait!

I too rode an SV 650 and for approx 16k miles before I purchased a gently used 08 990 SD. Loving it.

Lots of very useful information in this forum. Some of the old timers will tell you to do a search prior to asking questions. That advise is particularly useful here.
