Hi girls and guys.. New on SDR

hello from Denmark..

just got my 2017 SDR 1290R, and what a bike.. (my first KTM)

I'm still on the running in mode (400km) so i still got a few km to first service, and after that, i can open the throttle..

I'm looking forward to read forums etc. to get answers on mods etc.

Example..
1. how to get around the Exhaust servo (have a decat from arrow, i like to fit) have the Akrapovic Slip-on in black.
2. what to do about mapping... PC and IGN module?, Flash tune from who?, or KTM Akra map (in denmark, i'll loose the warranty from KTM, if i do the KTM Map flash, thru KTM them selves.. )
3. Does the RottWeiler filter fit from the "old" SDR?

Welcome Comrade. The answers to all of your questions already exist on this forum. If you use the Search button up above you should be able to find numerous threads. Again, Welcome aboard.

In the USA using a KTM map Does Not void the warranty.
Using the KTM map is the way to go !!!!
Using their map eliminates using a pc or any additional modules.
However if you replace the 02 sensors use the rotty dongles !!!!
