hi there,
new to all this, but have been reading alot of stuff on here for sometime now....which has really helped me out.Got my superduke 8 months ago now...loving it!! Just fitted the fmf apex carbon exhausts...wow!! there loud!! thinking of going down the route of pc3 incluing O2 eliminators with the moto hooligan airbox mod with SAS removed. Been looking at the pdf instruction manual on here....it's quite a job by the looks of it.....does anyone know how rain and crud effects this mod and the wiring around it? Living in Scotland means alot of wet weather riding!!
Check out TuneECu before going down the PCIII route. Apart from the cost of making the cable (£16) the software is free and beats anything else out there features wise.

Oh and welcome to the madhouse
Ok I'll check that out.....thanks
welcome, got the motobox,pc111 sas removed. all works fine.

I rode in the heaviest rain I have ever experienced up the M1 for 60 miles, and had no issues then - or since - with my MH airbox.
always good to see a fellow SD'er up this neck of the woods

Welcome in! Are you running the baffles in your Apexes? I have mine in the "quiet" position, meaning they are pointing forward, and it sounds great. LOUD, but great. The motobox will make it even louder...

Can't wait to get mine on there....

Hi guys, after some time and consideration, Ive just bought the full motohooligan kit.....have to tell the wife now!! oh well....was wondering though....once fitted along with the FMF's already fitted, will I be safe enough to ride the bike about 130 miles to the dyno center where I'm planning to get a pc3 fitted with custom map,.....or will the bike run to lean to allow this.

Any advice will be a great help!!
should be fine just don,t give it full throttle all the way. i take it your heading to grant,s

Thats a fair distance to go for a dyno, altough its a good ride back once sorted. I don't know if I would be able to trust myself not to give it some beans on the way there, buts thats cos I normally get peeved with the dosey drivers on the 96.

Why you use TuneECU and save yourself ££££
