New SD owner from Maine

Finally pulled the trigger and bought the only Super Duke from the only KTM dealer in Maine. It is a brand new '08 with 19 miles on it! I've been after this bike on and off for 4 years, now it's mine! Already yanked the passenger pegs and eliminated the charcoal canister, slip-ons are next but maybe not until spring.

My bro from Utah was looking at that one for a while as well but couldn't get it shipped at a reasonable rate,,,you got a good deal fer sur,,,and it's "new",,,,

Is Maine a good biking area?
Are you on the coast or inland?

Does Maine have good road's really DD,,,you've never been,,,,,great road's through the piney wood's,,,winter's suck but the snow cleanses the whole place for the spring,,,and the sea side road's go for more mile's than you can count ,,,and at every stop there's Maine lobster by the bushel basket ,,,I'm escaping the cold soon as I've just made a purchase of a place 1/2 hour from Daytona,,,,,,,,for the winter and just for speed week,,,this is gonna be good I may never come back,,,,,, then again I may sell the place in Mass and move up to Maine for the summer,,,,,,,,,yeah,,,Florida in the winter and far north for the summer,,,,
