Just joined the mad house as i'm on the hunt for a 1290 SD so if any of you guys in the UK have one for sale give me a nod....

Ok, background of my past bikes, blades, S1000rr, 1098s and that was the end of the back breaking sport bikes so then onto Dorsoduro, Tuono V4 and lastly the Hypermotard 821sp.

Thats it for now so will do my best to chirp in when i can

Welcome Mark and good luck with your hunt for your 1290 SD. I just recently found mine, but I'm still waiting to get it. I'm also coming off a Hypermotard, but it was 1100 EVO SP. From what I've read so far, we're going to love the 1290. Yes, plenty of little problems here and there, but they're all covered on here in detail and most owners still have no regrets. Use the Search!
