SF Bay Area

Hello from another new owner! I'm in the south SF bay area. Just picked up the SD Fri, have about 380 miles on. RKA tankbag, seatbag and a full Akro system on order.

First strafing run down Hwy 25 south of Hollister was... successful.

Coming off a few years of BMW (R1200GS and R1200RT) ownership, it took a few miles to get used to the Duke's handling.

It seems to handle pretty well.

I plan to video the before/after look and sound when the Akro system + ECU remap takes place, and I'll try to get copies of the before/after dyno runs also.

that does not look like a bmw in your track photo! i will look for you on the highways and byways - mine is a black one - what type of seat bag did you go with and does it stay put??
