the sd is great on the track. i have taken it up to knockhill on many occasions

#5Hello all! Today I took the plunge and bought myself a 1290 SDR.
I only got to ride 90 miles in the rain coming home from the dealership, and despite being soaked and cold, I still had a smile on my face. I can tell I'm going to love this thing!
I'm going on a 1500+ mile, 8 day trip in about a month. Any recommendations on luggage?
