07 v 08 R

Hi Guys,
sorry to be a pest,but as previousley mentioned im on the lookout for a Superduke R preferably black.
Is the 08 version a totally better bike over the 07 or for abit less money is the 07 ok.
It is afterall just the extra engine work and akra headers "10bhp gain". Thoughts please.

It'a a much better "R" - if it's really the "R" model you are after ?
For normal road riding many people find the non-R model better. And Them is the 08 not much better than the 07

Personally given the choice I'd pay the extra dollar and get the 08 onwards. That extra grunt has to be worth it.

see if you can try each one 1st i sold my 08 sd & got a 2010 sdr i had to sell the 08 plate to fund the sdr the bike was a 200+ mile trip so never got chance to try it out just sold my old sd and went down with cash if i had tried the sdr i would have kept my old sd but now im learning to live with the sdr
