#3i think leaving the bottom half would act as a heat shield from the engine aswell

#5maybe so but ali dont disapate heat away as fast as the bottom of the air box would....thats all

#6oh i wouldnt wory about it. there is more airflow over the top end of the engine with the motobox. just look at a side view of one with it and compare it to a stocker. it opens up the whole area
