2007 matel heel plates

My 2007 bikes has flimsy plastic heel plates, but looking at pics of 06 bikes on here they all seem to be metal.

Since my plastic ones are scratched and need replacing, can I assume the 06 plates will bolt straight on?

...and has anyone got a spare set.

Yes they do, but they scratch very easily, which is why some '05/'06 owners arew fitting the flimsy pastic ones from the '07. CF is the way
