2011 Black, White and Gold SD

Has anyone here bought or seen an SD with this color scheme in person? I love it in the photos on the KTM site. It looks like a 180 degree change from the green and white of last year, and I think that's a very good thing. Parting with my SDR isn't something I plan to do, but if something bad happened to it or I hit the lottery, I'd buy a new black and white SD.

I hope KTM decides to make this color combination an option on the eventual 1200 SD.

To be honest, this kinda bike looks a bit wrong with metallic colours like gold or silver, IMO... and it's def not as pretty in the flesh as in these pics. I was very disappointed with it at the NEC.

I'd have been more impressed with a slipper clutch and those big brembos from the RC8 as OE.

Yip.. think they will have to come up with some serious inovation to improve on the looks of the superduke R.. white, black and red is awesome!! Think they should stick to performance upgrades and keep colours the same!

I bought the new 2011 SD and I'm currently waiting for it to be delivered. I think the new color is also good but what's the most important thing is that the heart and soul of the bike is still the same. Everyone can change the color scheme. I will post some pics after I have received the new bike.
