I have a 2007 SDR with the motohooligan airbox w/flies, full titanium akros, pcIII, 02 sensor elim, and I was wondering if anyone has this done and has a map to share. I am in the military stationed in japan and it is rather difficult to get my bike to a dynojet certified shop and was hoping someone has had their duke tuned with the same mods I have and can share their map(If that is even possible, IDK) Thank you
Welcome to the forum.
Look . If you have doubts on what to use, just ask in that thread.
I have the same spec as you mate. Exactly the same if you mean a full Ti-Akra system. Motobox, secondary flies. Have a map on my PC which is giving me 126 bhp or something like that, can't remember exactly. But I don't have a PC to upload the map via the PC111 cable. If anyone knows how I can do this using a Macintosh or another way let me know and anyone is welcome to it.
Whats the benefits from keeping your pc111 on as well as putting a tuneecu map on ?
i only ask as i have every thing you have on your bikes but not fitted the moto box yet or taken the sas bits of my pc111 has a race map on it from a battle bike set up with aks and a after market filter system not a motobox
i was not going to put the pc111 on just do the tuneecu to it ?
Any "custom map" will only be close. How close? Who knows.
Fuel is so very different everywhere. In Kalifornia the gas/petrol doesn't even smell like it does everywhere else. Smell like solvents, which it probably mostly is.
I have said it before and will say it again:
Get a custom map for YOUR bike. This will spare you much grief in the long run.

Otherwise, PM me for a Motobox, Leo, pump gas (91) map.
I have the same mods and downloaded a map from dynojet that was closest. On the dyno it read 90 hp corrected ,way to rich. Tuned it,now 110 hp SAE corrected. Gained 20 hp, was well worth the expense.

if you cant get anyone to map it via tune ecu, get it mapped with the pc then import pc map onto your bike through tunecu and sell pc, prob get your money back for dyno time, you could also then import the otto ignition map onto your pc map, but make sure you save your pc map on its own first
