Aluminium Helmet Anybody?

That's as in Al - u - min - I - um and not Aluuuuuminumm as seems to be the popular west of the mid Atlantic ridge

Anyway pronunciation aside some of you are going to like this I suspect. Bike and engineering related its a thing of beauty even if a little impractical

Shiny. AluminIum is simply out of the question ... I would probably pass on aluminium as well, unless it could be well proven to absorb impact energy better than anything else available.
