An RC8 just arrived at my garage

Hi guys,

just wanted to share with you my new pride...

A KTM RC8 is now just beside my beloved SDuke

I got it delivered today. The bike was bought from the UK and it's kinda special...

That's a photo from the previous owner. Will post some pics of my own during the weekend

First impressions are great. The gearbox is really sweet and the fuelling seems really smooth (the bike runs a full akra exaust). Maybe after all i 've read about the RC, I was prepared for the worst...

The brakes are impressive, even compared to the Duke !!!
More details to come... I am off to the garage

Wonder if it would be possible to paint my white RC8 black ??? - because its just so fu... cool in black !!!

The Akra's are super as well (look as well as driveability)- unfortunately very expensive !!

i cant think of a better combo. that is motorcycling nirvana. the cats meaow. congrats Leonidas. a soundclip of the RC would be nice with those "cheap" Akras.

Wow...wow. Very nice bike. We're buried in nearly 2ft of snow and tomorrows high is 7f/-14cImage . Threads like this help stave off moto withdrawals.

Congrats on getting that beauty. I like how KTM includes sliders on the RC8 gas tank.

That is, by far, the best looking RC8 I've ever seen. Well done.

The Boxster isn't a "poor man's" car by any means, and if it's an "S", it's no slouch either. It's no Carrera, but what is?
