Got to agree with Boysie on this one, the finish seems to be better, but not the build quality.
Wasn't three batteries mate, it was an oil pressure switch, a fuel pump and a fork seal.

To my mind, it's as if KTM are too busy trying to get units off the production line and fitting them with whatever components they can get, rather than waiting for the quality components and slowing production rates down.
My nekkid FZ6 ran for three years, minimal corrosion, and Yam issued a recall for the TPS sensor reasonably quickly.
I got rid of her as I had an after-market chain snap and decided to get rid before the third thing happened.
Also the MOT was due two months later...


I also have had issues with the rear tyre valve leaking, ended up having to Dremel it out as it had corroded so badly.

Just a build up of wee niggly things that mean I probably won't buy another KTM, which is a shame.
