Anyone know the easiest way to get still shots from Gopro

Got some decent vids of me on my go pro but I want to get some still shots from them

Currently using mpeg streamclip to edit etc

What's the best / easiest way to get the stills?

You could play the clip in and use the Snapshot function.

Which windows version do you have?

I only ask as Vista and Win 7 have thier own Snipping tool which is simple to use but abit long winded or you can install like this set of codecs -

which works with windows media player, so now when watching movies i just press Shift and G and it stores the still automatically in My Documents!
