Anyone know what the rack is on this bike? Looks like it may do well for my little project.

#2Rear rear section (the uprights) look like a Ventura L bracket, which is the base section of which several things can be attached.
The side plastic section I don't recognise but it looks like someone has done a DIY job to make it fit, could be wrong though.
