anyone tried a street triple?

#2i've never seen any magasine rate it higher than SD, it's only the triumph owners that do so...
they are good bikes, from what i've read, and heard, but i never rode one.... just the looks are a huge turn off, so 90's...
ask your dealer for a test ride, they must have a used one they would not mind letting you take for a spin.... tell them you want to buy it, but will not till you rode it. it worked great for me, i tried BMW K1200R & S, Bandit 1250, FZ1, Monster, Z1000, few others before buying the SD (from somewhere else ). If you have money in your hand, they seldom say no to you.
