Just thought this might be an interesting exercise,
Very simple, a good set of bathroom scales will do the job and a paving slab roughly the same thickness as the scales (To keep the bike level, gives much more accurate readings)
paving slab under the back wheel scales under the front, balance the bike upright with the lightest touch until the scales settle, write down the reading,
repeat with the scales under the back wheel paving slab under the front, write down the reading, add the two together to get the total weight of the bike,
this will also shows you the front to rear weight distribution,
I weighed mine last month with oil but no fuel.... interesting
You need to start if off............

TLS Russ Superduke = kg
i was waiting for that one!
Thought you might be
I was real suprised..... 159.4KG!

Not on bathroom scales, I borrowed a set of `Solent` wheel weigh pads, weighed all my bikes, the SD was a shock!
The bathroom scale method wont be far out though
Wow....thats lighter than I thought

Do you have Motohooligan ?

What other bits have you taken off?
Yes I was shocked to, I thought I had broken the scales........
The bike is DR Fs old one with all the carbon, Dymags, SDR subframe seat / tail, Full Tit Akra system,
I dont use mirrors, no toolkit, just done a 520 chain conversion with alloy rear sprocket 17/40, changed a load of bolts/nuts to Titanium,
Thats it so far
full wet weight including full fuel tank/oil, tool kit, disk lock and was looking at 180kg with a 51% front weight bias, then with me on it a 53% rear bias
My weight is with oil but no fuel,
Almost exactly 50/50 F/R Bias without me
I just weighted mine, with all fluids and 1-1/2 gallons gas, no tools, locks etc, 384 lbs. (174kg). Seems low to me. Akra slip-ons, motobox (, sas and secondary flies and shafts removed, passenger pegs removed (3.4#), Shorai battery (6#), can in the arse gone.
a litre of unleaded weighs 0.737KG or 1.62lbs
These are supersport 600 weights! Sweet *D
