#2I use these on mine with Leos which are louder than the Akras (which I used to have) 5-600 miles a week with no problems and no hearing damage.
Earplugs are a MUST for all riders IMHO. I work with audio a LOT and it's crucial!!!

They were a fair bit cheaper when I bought them but you can change the filter depending on what you're using them for, I have red filters in mine but my other half has green which are less blocking.
Originally bought a set for my other halfs birthday as she would always wear earplugs in clubs as they seem to have got louder and louder over the years and the green filters allow you to still hear the details of the music while blocking out the damaging noise levels.
She liked them so I got some for myself to use on the bike and in clubs/festivals as I could never get used to the quietness of std earplugs on the bike.
It definitely helps when speaking to the foreigner behind the counter of most of my local petrol stations.
