Bike boots for hill walking?

If a boot is protective for riding, it isn't going to be very comfortable for walking . Let alone hiking.
Haul a separate pair of hiking boots and lock up your riding boots to the bike using a pack safe.

#7They make walking boots too and some of their boots cross over (rather old school though)
