Just got the email today from the Flintshire police that due to the uncooperative nature of the Australian police that they will be unable to prosecute Darren Massey on my behalf.
Not the best news but it was always a long shot.
The guy not only took my cash and didn't deliver goods, but promptly bought and kitted out another SD with the HM quick shifter I had paid for.
Does anyone here live near Holywell?
He'll be the big fat coont on an 08 SD Jagermeister vinyl and an HM shifter.
Feel free to poke him in the beak if you see him.
He hangs on nrth west bikers a lot.
I'd definately like to see him inconvenienced
I thought everyone had finally got there cA$h and or parts out of this fool!?

Sorry to hear this dude.

Should i ever come across his path he shall, erm, fall across mine?
I've bought several sets of tyres off Darren and never had a problem

But you speak as you find !
I was as surprised as you Jody...
Everyone on here is cool to the max but...
It has now been over 6 months, I make 100% sure before I make heavy claims like these.
I'm sure someone knows him here and will let him know. But failing that I do have his number and I'll let him know by the end of the week.
At least he'll be happy to coppers are off his back.

No proof just lies again.
A true died in the wool coward and thief.
I hope he gets cancer of the foreskin!!
Throw a CCJ at him (County Court Judgement).

You may not get any money out of him but at least you have the pleasure of knowing youve screwed his credit score up!

Im pretty sure you can do it from abroad but you need a UK correspondance address - feel frre to use my company address (we chase debts anyway)

Still got a trip planned for the UK? Time for a visit.

Cancer of the foreskin, dont you mean balls, to stop the coont from breeding.
Always seems a rather stupid thing to do - rip somebody off just because they are on the other side of the world ...

The reality is that the world is such a small place, people travel and have friends that live just around the corner from
potential scumbags. Given the choice i'd rather not have a broken nose rather than a cheap quick shifter. If the gentleman
in question were smart he'd think about how small our little planet is and how good the communication is.

It would appear he has already done himself some damage on this forum. Perhaps it's not too late to fix the oversight.
couldn't find you on Nw bikers Linga but I did find Bikenutter, and his quickshifter for sale thread...

for anyone interested

it's sold, i'm afraid
Nah you won't find me mate.
I have to keep changing my name and doing a small amount of computing as I get banned and deleted very quickly.
I'm sure they'll change the forum rules soon
There is a trip to the UK planned (for other reasons)
I was thinking of a bike trip around Europe on an SD, and maybe in line with crashfest to get a lesson on how to ride these things!
We'll see how I go this year as I just bought a house.
I'll be home at the end of next week if you wanna go for a blatt Scamb!!

What a bunch of arrogant knobs.
I'll suggest here, and to several other friends and forums to create accounts there and fight the cause. If that pillow biter that calls himself a mod cares enough to put that much effort n to a response then I reckon it might upset him to do it a few hundred times.

edit.. my (first) account and post lasted less than 10 minutes.. Not very neighborly.
my cousin lives over there and specialises in catching fraudsters and money launderers... will chat to her about it.

send me and email with as many details as possible
Man, that just sucks. Seriously. Sucks. I hate it when people blatantly ripoff other people.

While I don't generally advocate criminal behavior, seems you know enough about this dude to get some buddies (with a van), and take his bike.

Take off whatever you're owed for and then some for "pain and suffering"; leave the rest of the bike near a police station.

OK, realistically too late for this given that complaint has been filed with the police, and this has been put up as a hypothetical on the interwebs.

I hope something works out for you on this.
He seems very popular on that forum!

Hes always come good in the end, more likely due to the fact everyone else he ripped off was from the UK and on his doorstep! Hes took tghe chance this time as your thousands of miles away.

People here have your back though dude and 1 of us will come across him at some point

Man I'm really sorry. It's a sad state of affairs indeed when the criminal has more rights than the victim. I've a buddy who caught a thief clear as day on video stealing boxes from his porch. He called the cops, gave them the pictures, showed them where he lived and they still haven't even arrested the guy who is currently out on probation for (you guessed it) theft. This has been over a month now and my buddy has to put up with watching the arshole ride his bicycle down the street from time to time. This prick is in his early forties too. Pathetic!
