Hi to all you US riders !

I have booked six days riding around Oregon in June with this lot....

We will be car driving from San Francisco to Oregon over two days, riding bikes for six days and driving a similar journey back to SF for the return.

Anyone got any ideas for places to visit, things to do ?

Been living in Oregon for the past 35 years and know it well. Big State. Lots of options. Sea, woods, desert. The outfit you posted have sugested ride packages. I see them and their bikes at the John Day BMW rally. You going to follow one of their suggested routes or you going to wing it? Questions to ask your self. Worst rider in the groups experience. How many miles will this person want to do per day? You want to go home spent or rested. Are you city folk or you want to see Oregon. Wine tasting jaber jaws or ride till you puke. ( that puker would be me ) Sport rides or slab. Lots of history to give a thyme, Lewis & Clark, Oregon Trail, Logging sites ect. Let me know what you are after.

Hummm....You got a Super Duke
When I traveled to Oregan I saw beavers..?
I live / work in beaver town. Corvallis, home of the Oregon State University Beavers that is. lots of um. sad fact it's to cool to sun them beavers and they turn into heavy set cows.
I might be in your neck of the wood...er desert next month..Jaw Bone Canyon OHV. U ride dirt ..er Desert
Go to Mt. St. Helen! You will not regret it or forget it anytime soon. The roads are awesome and the scenery has to be experienced to be believed.

Trust me on this one...you'll thank me later. Pint'll do.
Lots and lots of options.

Eastern Oregon:
Hells Canyon
Halfway to Joseph
Susanville Road (also called middle fork road)
Ukaih, to Granite, to Sumpter
Ukiah to Condon
Shaniko to Fossil
Oregon Raceway Park

Coast
Hwy 53
Three Capes Loop
Little Nestucca river road
Hwy 18

Wine Country (you don't have to stop)
lots of little roads linked together

Estacada to Detroit Lake

Grendel is just doing these from memory with out looking at the map. 6 days will barely scratch the surface.
