Umm went and had a look.
This is one neglected Superduke - even apart from the damage.
Current status:
I think it's a 2005 but the VIN stickers are there but the lettering is mainly gone.
Two bent wheels.
Right front caliper has taken a hit.
One rotor bent.
Right front fork taken a hit.
Front mudguard broken.
Right side mirror bent and rubber ripped.
Rear subframe ???
Header pipe flattened.
Clutch cover scratched.
Right side radiator shroud scratched and broken at all the lugs.
Right side foot rest and brake lever and grazed.
Gear lever grazed.
Right hand brake lever (ASV) broken.
Right side GBR slider grazed.
Alternator cover scratched.
Chipped tank.
Maintenance surprises:
Lots of carbon in the exhausts - been running rich for a very long time or rings need fixing.
Rubber seat on exhaust straps hanging out.
Black gunk in the oil sight tube.
Bike has had the tank resprayed in situ - overspray over front head, coolant container and frame Etc. Not a professional job.
Triumph handlebars.
Non standard bar-end weights.
Led indicators on rear, one broken one held on with gaffa tape prior to accident.
Instrument plastics very scored as if cleaned with brillo pad.
Pink overspray from something over dash and electrical cabling at front of tank.
Chain over-tight.
Gear lever bolt finger loose before accident.
The pressure gauge that is visible is connected to the fuel pump - injector line.
No rubbers in the rear tank mounts.
Rust at rear of tank near mounts as though it has mild steel plates glassed in.
Conclusion:
Parts machine and the best bits are the Leo's.
I'll probably go and make a bid but it aint worth much. Bit sad really
