Actually just saw a Husky Nuda in real life at the Perth MC show (not quite Milan), it was sans a lot of gear, like wiring harness, indicators and bits ut I am strangely attracted to it.

#11give me that bimota any day over that new ducati... that is the first sport bike other than the buell 1190 and RC8 that really gets be going.
I am really struggling to find a bike that i like the looks of over the SD and now that it handles like it should; it is even harder to look at anything else

#12I'm with you Scamb, the Nuda looks awesome, but it'd have to be the R model for adjustability....and that can needs sorting out big time, other than that I'd buy one after a year of em being out

#18About ten years ago i cam very,very close to buying one of these. It was in a bike shop window in Fulham and I had to walk past it every morning, it was overpriced and had a slightly dubious history. But I was in love. It had an F1 Pantah engine and Santa Monica running gear. They wanted slightly under 5K for it. Wish I had been able to afford it back then. Don't like the 16 inch front wheel though-it was the fashion back then remember? Also the neatest touch was that the front brake and clutch master cylinders were machined out of ally and were integrated into the top of each fork leg, you can just see the height of them in the pic.

#26I've no idea why the stock exhaust had such a weird configuration. So please, do tell!
The setup in my previous post already looks a million times better than stock, but the pipe before the lower can still looks weird as far as I'm concerned.
If they whould have gone with a set of rgv250 style exhaust, the cans could've been in about the same place, but without those weird pipes.

#27Wasnt the V-Due Evo a carby version created a a fix to the shitbox fuel injection system. Dont know why it would have different zorst system though.

They replaced the injection on a lot of bikes for carbs, but they were too late. And then bimota died.

#30Ahhhhhhhh ... the V-Due ... the most beautiful Bimota IMO ... sadly plagued by the one time Bimota tried manufacture their own engine ... even with carbs (as most ended up - all the original bikes were recalled, and the FI wasn't the only problem), a royal PITA. Like a stunning woman, with AIDS.
