#3I think the 06 had a different fuel pump to the 05 bike. Otherwise the same I believe.

#4make sure the recall was done on the starter motor clutch, its not an official problem but if not ficed its really noisy when starting up, spesh if it takes more than one try.
Also check oil levels are correct, some people have trouble reading the level right...cos they do it cold/on sidestand etc. Make sure it doesnt have the original Brembo prake pads, some folks have had them break up on them if they are old (not me though-I have an 06 btw).
Cant think of anything else for now....there might have been another recall I cant remember but a recall check with the vin number will tell you all about it. Usual security checks apply of course. Dont be afraid of it cos its not the new one, they are just as good, some say better!
