I'm not overly satisfied with Twinshack.
I bought their CF hugger and chainguard last year. The chainguard broke, the nut where you screw the hugger onto it was ripped out. This was during normal riding after less than 4 months of use.

I contacted Twinshack and they wouldn't send me a replacement even though they pride themselves with their so called "great customer service".
I'm not buying another part from them even though they actually got some parts that I need. I'll try to find them elsewhere where they don't only bragg about customer service, but instead have customer service.

Nick........ the nut that the chainguide bolts to the hugger is just a push fit insert,if the chainguide is not alligned correctly with the hugger,ie slight twist when bolted to the swingarm by the rear wheel it exerts some side pressure on the front hugger mount and can pull the insert out,i noticed this on mine and re secured it before it cam out whilst riding...... made sure it was all straight when i refitted it all.

Still suprised at the poor responce though,id give them another shot at it
That might be the case, but I didn't notice it being twisted or made any resistance at all when I mounted it. It certainly didn't look like it was twisted, it looked great and I loved the look of it. That's why I'm so pissed of now, cause I really miss it. But there's no way I'd buy another one to replace it.

I might try to contact them again.
