These wheels are made from forged 6151-T6 aluminium so should stand up to abuse as well as anything out there. A buddy has been running them on his Superduke for 36000 miles without issue. Some of you may know him...his name is Dino. Here is a photo of his bike with wheels and rotors:

They are supplied with the galfer rear rotor and their sprocket and will bolt straight on. Can't have a cool looking rotor on the rear and not the front so got those quoted as well. $2309 for whole set-up. Can probably do a little better if we order all at once. Let me know.

16 pound weight savings, for 2000 bucks sounds like a bargain to me, and all the light wheels can get damaged if the conditions are right, aluminium are your best bet for durability,
