#6+1, i have Ti leo's... they are great. Al ones are even cheeper, and the weight difference is not huge. Their prices went up in last year or so (i paid ~$680 for Ti's last Oct), but they are still ~1/2 of AK prices....

#10i got mine online from US a while back (dollar was low so saved a fair bit).
The manufacturer reckons no need for re-map, which I suppose there isnt. But I did the standard akra map and it made a heap of difference to the mid range.
I have 06SD with alum leos with baffles in.
