check your NUTS!!!!!

was having some problems with my clutch last year the bike would not select neutral when running and would try to edge forward when clutch pulled in... checked the plates they were good, bled the clutch that didnt work, santa sent me a new oberon slave cylinder put that on bled it and gues what still the same??????? so pulled all the clutch plates out and checked the push rod and noticed the big nut in the middle of the basket loose WTF when i say loose i mean just hanging on by a few threads, iv never taken this off and iv done bout 6000 miles on it without a problem then out of the blue it just threw up those symptoms????? iv got no explination for this so im putting it down to paranormal activity in my garage... seriously though check your nuts it could have been bad. and not in a michel jackson kind of way
