Clearance between Swingarm & Headerpipe?

My SDR is a bit jacked-up after my visit to HMRacing for a suspension tune, so it's not quite as the factory intended, but I have recently noticed that, un-loaded, the bike has less than 1mm clearance between the rear cylinder's header pipe and the rear swingarm opening. If I lift the bike up by the seat to extend the rear suspension further it doesn't seem to touch, but it's damn close.

How much clearance do you have, and should I be concerned? Neither the pipe or swinger appear marked (from what I can see without taking it apart), but could it be that the pipe is poorly positioned? There is usually some movement in pipework on most bikes, when they are held on by a few glorified jubilee clips and single-bolt brackets.

Thoughts fella?
Exactly the same, it worried me when i noticed it but then thinking about it the suspension is never going to extend any further unless bolts fall out

Thats what i mean though, when you pick the rear of the bike up, thats as far as the rear suspension is ever going to drop, that, is its full extension
Dutch, You don't have the Nichols stuff do you?
