#191'st an 2'nd gear is just accelerating and lean back with straight arms. Then you'll get up smooth and easy. The rev will finish guite soon so you have to change gear.
If you accelerate hard and pull the handlebar snatchy at abt 3-4000 rpm it will go up faster and you will have more revs to go on , before you start learning to change gear.
3'rd gear... Between 90-120 km/h... Between 6-8000 rpm , a fast "off-throttle" so the front end goes down and the dampers compress a bit , and then a hard "on-throttle" , lean back and help it up with a snatch...use your whole upper body to move the weight backwards.
4'th gear is just the same but craves more technique and higher speed. You can get it up in any speed up to 160 km/h without clutch.
If you think it's difficult , use small hills on the road.... When you have found the right technique , it's not hard to get it up even in 5'th or 6'th gear. It's all abt the hill and the speed.....and the absence of brains !
Here's a small movie... :
