#2Thing is I don't think anyone could have an issue with it if the driver who is out there with no insurance and causes an accident or the driver who stole a car and again caused an accident got the lengthy ban they deserve. Sickens me that magistrates love to make an example of someone riding responsibly yet very quickly, rather than the scum bag who frankly doesn't give a flying fook about anyone around them. It's like they think because you are a scally c*nt, you can't be expected to behave any better so punish you accordingly. Wrong wrong wrong!

if your unemployed not legal and drive like a nutter.
you get away with it because your disadvantaged.
what a load of SHIT.i know at this time there are people loosing there jobs through no fault of there own. but i,m talking about the long time unemployed that get more money from the brew than i do for working 60 hours a week. and are either on drugs or alcohol or both.
i say get them sweeping the streets for there money.
ok enough of a rant, just my opion

It doesnt matter if your a law abiding tax payer protecting your home or a fully road legal biker out for a brisk ride, the law isnt our friend, i dont mean the serving police officers as such, but the law system and the uneducated idiots that call themselves judges!
They only serve to make examples of the taxpayer, i have never met a judge either in a court situation or a social situation that talks any sense or shows even the slightest amount of common sense

#10That's very harsh indeed,i think it all depends on who stops you and what type of day they've had.
I got pulled in North Yorkshire and got a £60 fine for a small number plate and a dark visor,i accepted as he let me off the speeding part. He said the video could'nt read the license plate as it was too small and vibrating that much it was blurred if only i'd known that
In Lincolnshire i've been pulled for wheelieing and once for speeding and let off with a stern chat about it being a "public highway" etc both time's on empty roads and caught out by an unmarked car they could have chucked the book at me but for some reason did'nt even got complemented on my wheelie
It appear's some coppers show discretion while other's just want to justify their position with as many traffic tickets as possible to massage the crime figure's and we are as biker's a very easy target should they wish to do so. Reading matey's account he's been very very unlucky and i've been very lucky so will be slowing down a tad in future........................... well at least outside of Linc's

#21Dont speed on A roads, cos your asking to be caught, and an R1 is no fun at a lesser pace. The SD can be naughty and enjoyable on a B road and if there's a long straight, fookin think to yourself about the plod. Anyhoo I lost my licence on a GPZ600 in 1985, (on a A road), it was 2 weeks old and I was still running her in.
