if they are so tight that you cant pull them out , pop the cans off the sd and insert a brush shank up the other end of the can . give the end of the brush shank a small tap on the floor while holding the can , they will pop right out . had to do this on me 640 akra cans as they wouldnt budge any other way . hope this helps .

Any other way you'll stuff them up.
Even if you just get a long bolt, you could use visegrips as a handle.
