I don't think I ride faster as such after going to the track but I'm certainly more confident.

Riding on the track shows me exactly what my bike is capable of as I can push it harder in the safe environment so when I'm back on the road I'm more confident at slower speeds knowing that it is capable of so much more.

I've yet to track the SD but hoping to do so soon.
