Wheeled my bad boy out today for a clean and a photoshoot today as that is all my injured ankle would allow and as we are all proud of our superdukes I think a thread to look at all our bikes is in order as we dont always post in the pictures section.

My bike has been through a few changes this is how the "cameleon" is currently looking:

The rules of posting on this thread are simple:

1.) Post only one picture
2.) must be small enough that we dont have to scroll across
3.) It's of a superduke only or R

If you dont know how to post a pic look at this link:

or this one:

Superdukes rule
HEre's mine.
It's an 05 with about 6700 miles on the clock and apart from the Rizmoa rearsets and Akras is standard.

it's SUPERB

Akra end can's
KTM remapped

Other than that she's standard, done 6600 odd mile's,i've done two oil and filter change's myself so with the KTM service one's she's had four fresh filter's and loads of oil. 3 rear tyre's and two fronts so far and 3 x bimble's round Cadwell and a trip to Scotland.
First got her on 25th 05 07 and she dont like going out in the winter sh#t.

Makes me smile everyday, even when she is trying to trow me off for not feeding enough fuel
It's kind of a crappy pic, but it's what I've got available.

My 2006 Superduke

In "touring" mode complete with 10 litres of fuel in tailpack!

Image
06 model with akra can's, carbon tank cover and carbon seatcover + orange striping on the rims. I have it just 1 year now and drove 14 306 km's on it. The best bike I ever had!

My first attempt at loading a photo on here..

This is my new '08 White SD. Completely standard at the moment and only covered just over 100 miles so far. Hoping the weather improves soon!

Hey Blizzard, horn looking white duke. Hence the reason for your name?
Always liked the SD in white, if I ever decide to paint mine white it is!!
I never thought that the duke would look good in white........but that looks fantastic!!
Love the new color Blizzard.....white is the absence of negro

Here's my track babies

and then it's off to work

My 07 the day I rode it home from the shops. Only differences to now, chicken strips and deliverybike mirrors are gone...

Jim, there's something very hardcore'ish about an SD in 'touring' mode. But get rid of that screen I'd rather have a sore neck
And blizzard, your bike; Image

How do choose?

collyer, they r both fantastic machines. My neighbour has the Adventure and has scraped it round many a corner keepin up with SD's. All hail KTM!
inshala, he is sincere when he said it, collyer is a duke II fan, the spoke wheels are drawing him I can feel it....
Joe speaks truth - I am an ex-enduro/dirt monkey, and the Adventure was a near miss (as was the SM). I may add a 690E when they settle down, or possibly a 950SE & lose my mind.

All have now is the precioussssssssss, but in the past.......

(most recent to ancient)

I thought I would love this, but wrong kind of power. Buh-Bye.

Sanity restored, and the Orange Koolaid has been injected!
Image

Sorry, momentary lapse of ambition & youth. But it was SOLID.
Image

sorry, stock photo. Really the best sport-tourer ever.
Image

Slow, but great fun & handled better than all the CBRs back then.
Image

Spooky fast. I'm sweating just thinking about it.
Image

Absolute hell on wheels - closest thing to a Jurassic Superduke.
Image

Canadian Yamahas - you couldn't (normally) get those in the US.

Ever.

and these are just the street bikes. My dirt bikes were always so.... so....

dirty.
