f*%king theives, where do these ignition wires belong?

Some moran had a go at nicking me pride and joy, never got away with it but left me with some rewiring to do. more concerned with the red & black/yellow sticking out the left side behind the head and ECU. I have removed the airbox to get a good view of ECU and loom in this area but they don't seam to have come from anywhere there. I have traced them back to the large loom going back to the fuse box(or that area under the seat) at the point the tank lifts. they are too short to have come from the headlight or ignition unless another peace of loom joinded up with them?

also these wires in the headlight surround.
I am guessing the red/black & brown + the red/yellow & brown that are in the headlight housing go to the ignition? (i don't have an ignitoion at the mo so not certain?) if anyone can help identify where they belong it would be great.

Those plugs on the first picture are the aux power connections. Not normally in use. I use one of the sets for my heated grips.
Don't know the cables on second picture.
