Flies and SAS removal

Its been a long time since my last visit on here but i'm back and the bike is up and running again after not really riding last year.

Sooooo i'v done a search but I couldn't find a guide to removing the secondary butterflies, my DNA3 box is sat here and my MH blanking plates and SAS removal are on there way but I want to fit them at the same time as removing the flies. Is there a guide to fitting the airbox as the instructions don't cover the originals removal merely the fitment of the new one once its all stripped. Also i'm guessing the MH parts come with instructions?

Excellent thank you that helps with the box but how about removing the flies?
